The Kernstown Battlefield will be open Monday, March 23rd, 10 am - 4 pm to commemorate the 164th anniversary of the First Battle of Kernstown. Tours of the battlefield and Pritchard House will be offered. Join us!

Kernstown Battlefield Will Soon Be Open Daily!
The Kernstown Battlefield will be open daily 10 am - 4 pm starting April 3, 2026. Tours of the battlefield and Pritchard House will still be offered only on Fridays - Sundays, but the battlefield will be open on other days for visitors to enjoy our beautiful grounds and walk our historic interpretive trails.
