

The Kernstown Battlefield Association
is dedicated to the preservation of the Pritchard-Grim farm in Winchester and
Frederick County, Virginia. This important historic site contains the core areas
of the First and Second Battles of Kernstown.
This National Historic Landmark has
been purchased by the members of the KBA and public grants from local, state
and federal governments. Although the 315-acre Pritchard-Grim farm is now protected
by a permanent preservation easement, much work still needs to be done to maintain
and interpret this important piece of our nation's history. Please consider
joining our all-volunteer organization today!
The calm of the Shenandoah
